This Privacy Policy explains how the MARI Energies mobile application (the “App”, package com.digitalsitech.mariApp) handles information. By using the App you agree to the practices described below. This policy is provided to meet the requirements of the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, including their developer program terms and data-disclosure guidelines.

1. Who this App is for

The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at, designed for, or intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App is not aimed at any specific or protected group of individuals.

2. Information we do not collect

The App is designed to be privacy-first. It does not:

• collect, store, or process personal data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing;
• use any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies or SDKs;
• track you across other apps or websites;
• access your device location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files;
• sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

3. Information used to provide the service

The App is a secure client for authorised users. To let you sign in and use it, the following is handled only to make the App work — never for tracking or marketing:

• Sign-in information. When you log in, the email address or username and the one-time code or password you enter are used solely to authenticate you. We do not retain a copy of your password.
• Local session token. After you sign in, a secure session token is stored locally on your device so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out. This token is not personal information and is not shared with any third party.
• Operational content you view or enter. The App displays business and production information for the fields you are authorised to access. This is operational company data, not personal data, and it is transmitted securely over HTTPS to the organisation’s own backend.

4. How information is used

Any information handled by the App is used only to:

• authenticate you and keep your session secure;
• display the dashboards, reports, and operational data you are entitled to see;
• maintain the security and integrity of the service.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes. Information is exchanged only between the App and the organisation’s own secure backend to deliver the service you requested.

6. Device permissions

The App requests only internet access, which is required to communicate with the backend. It does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, storage, or other sensitive device features.

7. Data retention and deletion

The local session token is retained on your device only while you are signed in and is deleted when you sign out or uninstall the App. Account records held by the organisation’s backend are retained only for as long as your account remains active. 8. Security

All communication between the App and the backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorised accounts, and sign-in is protected by one-time codes or passwords.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account, and to withdraw consent. Because the App does not collect data for advertising or profiling, there is no such data to opt out of. To exercise any right, contact us below.

11. Third-party services

The App does not integrate advertising networks, analytics providers, or social-media tracking. Fonts and standard platform components used by the App do not collect personal information for us. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store may process limited technical data when you download or update the App, governed by their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
